William Hamilton was born in Dade City and moved to St Leo in 1967.
He is a graduate of Pasco High School and an electrical contractor by trade.
His father was a Pasco County Commissioner and St. Leo Mayor.
Hamilton has "had the pleasure to have served as past Town of St. Leo commissioner and mayor. There is no better place to live."
