Proposed Ordinance 24-04 amends permitted uses in zoning districts to allow sod and hay farms as a permitted use in the rural density residential zoning district. There will be no direct economic impact on any business in Town, nor will there be any direct compliance costs for any business.  There is no new charge or fee being imposed on any business.  There are no regulatory costs being imposed on any business.
