Building

The Town of St. Leo contracts with the City of Dade City for all building inspection and permitting.  The Dade City Building Division is responsible for the issuance of building permits, enforcement of building codes, coordination of inspections, maintaining permit data, and contractor licensing.

Getting Started

The first step in the process to obtain a building permit is to submit a Zoning Compliance Application to the Town of St. Leo.  Upon approval and payment of fees (if any), the application and accompanying paperwork must be taken by the applicant to the Dade City Building Division.
