Business Impact Statement for Ordinance 24-03

 

Proposed Ordinance 24-03 amends the official zoning map from medium density residential to planned unit development for an approximately 21.5 acre tract generally located south of Lemon Street and Fire Lane and on the west side of Wichers Road. There will be no direct economic impact on any business in Town, nor will there be any direct compliance costs for any business.  There is no new charge or fee being imposed on any business.  There are no regulatory costs being imposed on any business.
